ACCESS-RS and ACCESS-RS PLUS+ were formed to bring Rick and the fans closer together. Please read below as they are necessary legalities so that we can offer this service without compromising each fan's positive experience as a member.
As a member of ACCESS-RS or ACCESS-RS PLUS+ we hope you will enjoy the privileges associated with your subscription. However, abuse of those privileges will not be tolerated. No refunds will be offered. Memberships may not be sold and/or transferred. If a member is found to be selling his/her membership, the membership(s) will be cancelled without a refund.
ACCESS-RS and ACCESS-RS PLUS+ are internet-only subscription services that allow members to purchase advance tickets and access content that is not available to non-members. We depend on our subscribers to obey copyright laws regarding any content they receive via the ACCESS RS and ACCESS-RS PLUS+ areas so that we may maintain the exclusivity for those who subscribe. Federal law mandates that you may not copy, repost, reproduce or rebroadcast publicly the contents of our website, in ANY form (copy and paste, copy text only, copy images, etc), and there are penalties for doing so. We reserve the right to immediately revoke the membership (without refund) of anyone who shares their password or content from the members areas, in any form, with non-members, and who infringe upon the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of others and reserve the right to prosecute violators to the full extent of the law.
Joining ACCESS-RS does NOT guarantee you will be able to purchase presale tickets! Tickets are first come, first serve to all members and supply is limited.
Membership in ACCESS-RS and ACCESS-RS PLUS+ does not grant members any backstage or additional access or privileges beyond those specifically offered as online member benefits. Attempts to fraudulently use membership for any other means except those expressly granted herein gives us the right to immediately revoke the membership (without refund) of such individuals.
Memberships/Fees:
Your membership AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS through you PayPal subscription each year. If you do not wish to have your subscription automatically renewed, you must access your personal PayPal account and cancel your subscription through PayPal. This will not affect the time remaining on your current subscription, but simply prevent your subscription from being renewed through your PayPal account automatically at the end of your membership term. Members who cancel their memberships to prevent automatic renewal w ill receive a courtesy email on the date of expiration with an option to renew.
Also, if you change your credit card or method of payment info. with Pay Pal, by default PayPal will cancel all of your recurring subscriptions. This again will not affect the time remaining on your current membership, but will simply prevent your subscription from being renewed through your PayPal account automatically at the end of your membership term.
Unfortunately, memberships cannot be upgraded from ACCESS-RS to ACCESS-RS PLUS+ after initial sign up. You can only upgrade by canceling your current ACCESS-RS membership subscription through your PayPal account and opening a new ACCESS-RS PLUS+ membership. No refunds are offered.
IP Address logging:
Every computer connected to the internet has a unique IP address. This web site maintains a log of all IP addresses used to log in to the members area. Members may only only access the web site from a maximum of two (2) IP addresses per day. ie: Your home computer and your work computer. You many visit the site as many times as you wish, but only from a maximum of two (2) IP addresses (locations) per day. Logging in indicates your acceptance of these restrictions. Users whose accounts are accessed from more than two (2) IP addresses per day may be considered as suspect to password sharing and risk having their accounts terminated without refund.
